Values-Led Third Act Coaching
Living With Intention in Your Next Chapter
There comes a season when the questions change. It's no longer about building or proving. It's about aligning, simplifying, completing and living deliberately.
The Values-Led Third Act Coaching experience is a space to step back and ask:
- What truly matters now?
- What does "enough" look like for me?
- How do I want to live this next chapter?
This work is not about urgency. It's about intention.
Where We Begin
Most estate or financial planning begins with documents and technical decisions. This work begins somewhere quieter.
We start by clarifying your values, your identity beyond achievement, and the kind of life you want to inhabit now. From that foundation, everything else -- financial choices, estate structures, end-of-life preferences, legacy conversations -- becomes clearer and more grounded.
How We Work Together
This is a private coaching engagement that typically unfolds over 6-9 months. We meet 1-2 times per month for thoughtful, unhurried conversations.
There is structure, but not rigidity. Depth, but not pressure.
Between sessions, there may be reflections, conversations to initiate, or next steps to consider with your advisors or family. The pace adjusts to your life.
The Arc of the Work
- 1
Clarifying Your Personal Compass
We begin by identifying the principles that guide you now.
Together we explore:
- Core values and defining experiences
- Identity beyond roles and titles
- What "enough" means in this season
- How you want your days to feel
- What legacy means -- not just financially, but relationally
You leave this phase with more clarity and a new framework that become a reference point for future decisions.
- 2
Aligning Wealth & Estate Intentions
Once your internal clarity strengthens, we turn outward. We look at your wealth and estate plans not as technical puzzles, but as expressions of what matters.
We explore questions such as:
- What is this wealth for?
- What responsibility feels right?
- Where do simplicity and generosity intersect?
- What conversations need to happen -- and with whom?
I do not provide legal or financial advice. Instead, I help you prepare for those conversations with some education and new ideas for clarity and steadiness.
- 3
End-of-Life Clarity
End-of-life planning can feel clinical or abstract. Here, it becomes personal.
We talk about:
- What quality of life truly means to you
- How you want decisions made if you cannot make them
- What you would want your loved ones to understand
This work often reduces quiet anxiety -- the kind that lingers in the background when things are undefined. Legal documentation is completed with licensed professionals. This is your opportunity to process your thinking and feelings for clarity first.

Living Your Legacy Now
Legacy is not something reserved for the future. It shows up in conversations, in mentorship, in presence, in repair, in gratitude.
We look at:
- Relationships that matter most
- Wisdom you want to endure
- Conversations you may be postponing
- Ways to align financial structures with lived values
By the end, legacy feels less like a concept -- and more like a daily practice.
What This Is -- and Is Not
This is reflective, strategic coaching. It is not legal, tax, medical, or investment advice. It is not therapy.
It is a place to think clearly, speak honestly, and move forward intentionally.
Who Tends to Seek This Work
Often, it is someone who:
- Has built something meaningful
- Feels a quiet pull toward deeper alignment
- Wants to reduce burden on loved ones
- Prefers thoughtful conversations over reactive decisions
- Is ready to integrate wealth with meaning
The Goals of the Experience
By the end of our work together, clients should have:
- Greater calm
- Clearer decision-making
- Easier conversations with family and advisors
- A sense of coherence across life, money, and relationships
- Relief in knowing that what matters most is defined
A Simple Intention
The Third Act is not about winding down. It is about refinement. Intentional stewardship. Living in a way that feels complete -- even while life continues to unfold.
If this season of life is asking for deeper clarity, this work creates space for it.
Live your legacy now.
