Next Act Coaching with Manda
Design Your Next Act
Create a life that's aligned with who you've become, not just who you've been.
Whether you're considering a career change, building something new, exploring retirement, navigating a major life transition, or simply sensing that it's time for something different, coaching gives you space to step back, think clearly, and move forward with intention.
Your next chapter doesn't need to happen by default. It can be thoughtfully designed.
A Coaching Relationship for What Comes Next
Life changes shape over time. The roles, goals, and responsibilities that once gave us direction can begin to feel less certain, or simply less complete. You may be standing at a clear transition, or you may only have a quiet sense that the way you've been living no longer fits as well as it once did.
Next Act Coaching offers a place to slow down and listen more closely to what is emerging. Together, we explore the practical questions in front of you while also making room for the deeper ones: what matters now, what you want more of, what you may be ready to release, and how you want the next part of your life to feel.
Who I Work With
I work with thoughtful, accomplished people who want to become more intentional about what comes next. Some are considering a new career after many years in one profession. Others are recovering from burnout, exploring consulting or entrepreneurship, navigating retirement, or responding to a significant personal change.
What connects my clients is not a particular age, title, or life stage. It is a willingness to pause, reflect, and make choices that are more aligned with their values than with habit, pressure, or old expectations.
How We Work Together
Coaching is conversational, collaborative, and grounded in your real life. We may begin by clarifying a decision, untangling competing priorities, or preparing for a conversation with a financial advisor, attorney, employer, partner, or family member. Practical clarity can reduce unnecessary fear and help you see that you may have more options than you realized.
From there, the conversation often expands. We may explore identity, purpose, relationships, health, creativity, work, contribution, or legacy. These parts of life rarely exist in isolation, so we follow the threads that are most meaningful to you rather than forcing the work into a rigid program.
Insight matters, but it becomes more useful when it begins to shape everyday life. We may identify a conversation to have, a small experiment to try, a pattern to notice, or one decision that reflects a newly clarified value. Progress does not require a dramatic reinvention. It can grow through a series of thoughtful, sustainable choices.
Practical Clarity, Values-Led Direction
My background includes more than thirty years in finance, business, and leadership. When that experience is useful, I can help you understand options, frame questions, or prepare for decisions with greater confidence. I do not replace the role of your financial, legal, tax, or other professional advisors.
I also do not believe life is an optimization problem. The financially optimal answer is not always the right answer, and the most efficient path is not always the most meaningful one. Good analysis provides important information, but values, relationships, health, purpose, and joy also belong in the decision.
The practical plan should support the life you want to live. It should not become the life you are required to serve.
Practical clarity creates freedom. Values provide direction. Coaching helps bring them together.
What You Can Expect
Clients often leave coaching with greater clarity, a new perspective, and renewed confidence in their own judgment. You may also leave with one or two practical next steps, but the goal is not to create an endless action list or to keep striving toward a more optimized version of yourself.
The goal is to help you hear yourself more clearly, make grounded choices, and build a next act that feels authentic, sustainable, and genuinely your own.
About Manda
I bring a warm, thoughtful, and practical approach to coaching. My professional background helps me understand the realities of work, money, leadership, and major decisions, while coaching creates space for the questions that analysis alone cannot answer.
I may share an observation, experience, or idea when it genuinely supports your thinking, but you remain the author of your own life. My role is not to hand you a script. It is to help you listen for what belongs in your next act.
Begin the Conversation
If you are standing at an important transition, or simply sensing that it is time to become more intentional about what comes next, a conversation is a good place to begin.
